The important question is, how would you be dropping your keys and have your staff collect them on a KeyNest Locker? Here is the step-by-step guide:

  1. Once you have booked your drop-off code of your key on the KeyNest system, you will be informed to proceed to the KeyNest Locker with your 6 digit drop-off code or a key fob.

  2. Once you are in the locker, you can either type in the 6 digit drop-off code or scan the key fob on its digital touch screen monitor. 


  3. Once you have typed in your 6 digit drop-off code or scan the key fob, a small key cabinet door of the KeyNest Locker will open where you can place your key and close the small key cabinet door and wait for your guest to collect the key. 


  4. Once you have a staff or tenant booked on your property, they will receive the 6 digit collection code and instructions on the location of KeyNest Locker. 

  5. They will type the 6 digit collection code on the KeyNest Locker's digital touch screen monitor or use their unique staff pin code to select which keys they want to collect from the locker for the right key cabinet to open.

  6. The locker's small key cabinet door will open and they can now collect the key to your property that they booked. 

  7. Once your tenants and staff are done with their job, they proceed to the same location of the KeyNest locker, input the 6 digit drop-off code to the locker's digital touch screen monitor and a small key cabinet door will open where they can drop the keys and it will notify on your end when they were dropped.
