Country Manager Italy

We’re looking for a country manager Italy to grow our client base and lead our local office. This is a great role for a stellar salesperson or business development executive looking to take a leadership role at one of the fastest growing travel start-ups worldwide.

The role

  • Source and engage with potential customers (Short-term Rental Property Managers)
  • Generate leads through networking, partnerships, events, and referrals
  • Maintain relationships with new customers and offer support as needed
  • Expand our network of Stores in Italy based on customer requests
  • Manage local employees as the team grows

Who we are looking for

  • Natural salesperson who is good at closing deals
  • Proactive, self-motivated and focused on results
  • An established network in the short-term rental industry will be highly advantageous
  • Not afraid to lead a fast-growing team and take responsibility for the team’s performance
  • Perfect written and spoken Italian, good English
  • Experience in the property sector is a plus
  • Based in Rome or Milan, willing to travel occasionally within Italy and London

Country Manager Germany

We are now looking for an ambitious individual to become our Country Manager in Germany.

The role

  • Source and engage with potential customers (Short-term Rental Property Managers)
  • Generate leads through networking, partnerships, events, and referrals
  • Maintain relationships with new customers and offer support as needed
  • Expand our network of Stores in Germany (starting in Berlin) based on customer requests
  • Manage a fast-growing team (+1 staff every 6-9 months)

Who we are looking for

  • Proactive, self-motivated and focused on results
  • Natural salesperson who is good at closing deals
  • An established network in the short-term rental industry will be highly advantageous
  • Not afraid to lead a fast-growing team and take responsibility for the team’s performance
  • Perfect written and spoken German, English is a plus
  • Experience in the property sector is a plus
  • Based in Berlin, willing to travel occasionally within Germany + London
